We try to process same day orders if ordered before 2:00 pm. For special requests for postage, directions, or general assistance, please email us first.
Standard postage and packing charges for shipping to EU countries (except Isle of Man and Channel Islands) are free for orders over €50, as long as the order does not consist of bulky items.

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, after which the item must be returned within 14 days. If more time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or we may make an exchange at our discretion. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will need a receipt or proof of purchase to issue a return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
After we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or denied.
If your return is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund after deducting all of our postage costs incurred in connection with the order.
Untimely or Missing Refunds If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially shipped. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time to process before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
