You may check and correct any errors before submitting your Order. Please take the time to read and review your Order on each page of the Order process.
When you submit your Order, your Order represents an offer to us to purchase Goods. It does not mean that your Order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your Order will occur as described in paragraph 2(c).
If we accept your Order, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email (Order Confirmation). The contract between us will only be completed when we send you the Order Confirmation. Any Goods that are part of the same Order that we have not confirmed in the Order Confirmation are not part of that contract.
All Goods will remain available for sale on our site until you pay the balance, regardless of any request for financing made by you.
The images of the Goods on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to accurately display colors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer accurately reflect the colors of the Goods. Your Goods may vary slightly from these images.
Our Goods are subject to age restrictions. By placing an order for the Goods, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
The packaging of the Goods may be different from that shown in the images on the Website.
We cannot guarantee that the boxes and/or other packaging supplied are genuine.
The price of the Goods will be listed on your Order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that we have confirmed with you.
Prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling. Payments must be made in pounds sterling and any refunds will be made by us in pounds sterling only. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that may affect your refund if you are outside the UK.
The price quoted includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of shipment, we will adjust the rate of VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Goods in full before the VAT rate change takes effect.
The price of the Goods does not include the cost of delivery, which will be added to the total amount payable and shown on the Order Summary page of our Website before you place your Order.
There is always the possibility that some of the Goods we sell may be priced incorrectly. We usually check prices before shipping the Goods, so if the correct price of the Goods is less than the price listed on our Website or on your Order, we will charge you less. If the correct price of the Goods is higher than the price listed on our Site or in your Order, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and give you the opportunity to either continue ordering the Goods at the correct price or cancel your Order. We will not process your Order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to contact you and you do not respond to our email about the pricing error within 5 working days, we will treat your Order as cancelled, notify you by email and refund any amounts already paid within 14 days of the date of cancellation of your Order (unless we reasonably suspect card fraud, see clause 16).
You must make payment for the Goods in advance, and we must receive full and cleared funds before shipping the Goods. We accept payment
